CORE TRAINING
A class focused on strengthening both abdominal muscles and those of the lower back. After each muscle group is targeted, a light stretch will follow. True strength begins with core. All levels welcome.

Kettlebells have a predominately Russian heritage dating back to the early 20th century. Made from cast iron they have a "U" shaped handle and are available in a range of weights for both women and men. In this class you will get an amazing overall strength and cardio workout simultaneously. All levels will really enjoy this class.

A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from meringue, salsa, hip hop, mambo, rumba and flamenco. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart.
