ZUMBA
A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from meringue, salsa, hip hop, mambo, rumba and flamenco. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart.

An indoor cycling class for beginners to advanced riders. Music, lighting and a room full of energy are sure to keep you motivated. Come try our "state of the art" Keiser bikes. This class will test both physical and mental stamina. Major calories burned.

Made from cast iron they have a "U" shaped handle and are available in a range of weights for both women and men.
