ZUMBA
A Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from meringue, salsa, hip hop, mambo, rumba and flamenco. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and the heart.

We are located in the Lakeport Park Industrial Center also known as Millennium Circle which is located directly across from Muckey's.Directions from 495From 495 North or South take Exit 6, Route 44 West towards Taunton/Providence. Continue for 1 mile on Route 44 to Millennium Circle which will be on the right.Directions from 24From 24 North or South take Exit 13A, Route 44 towards Middleboro. Continue for 3.3 miles on Route 44 to Millennium Circle which will be on the left.
