History

East Coast Fitness got its start in 1990 when body-building competitors, Glenn and Lisa Ducharme, put everything on the line for their dream of opening a fitness center that could really make a difference in people's lives. Their goal of owning a fitness center that made a difference in people's lives held true for 27 years. In September of 2017, the Ducharmes passed the torch to Miki & Keith Hancock.
