I have been active in the fitness industry for over 25 years and hold a Master Trainer Certification, Group Exercise Certification, Cardio Sport Certification and a Keizer Spin Certification. I instruct a very diverse population of people from beginners looking to slim down and tone up to the New England Revolution Men's Soccer team to running private classes for State of MA Employees. Currently, my Wavemaster Workout classes that I created over 14 years ago, earned me an exclusive dvd contract and a fitness modeling contract with Century Martial Arts. In addition to my contracts, I have completed three Wavemaster Workout dvd's with one left to be made. As much as I love to teach my Wavemaster Core Class, I enjoy teaching tae-bo, muscle conditioning, butts, gutts & glory, step, high-low, boot camps, TRX, Cardio Sport, SPIN and kids classes. My main focus is to make fitness fun yet challenging so people see positive changes in their bodies and feel positive changes in their minds. My motto: Mind over matter.
My name is Diane and I am a certified spin instructor! I am also certified through AFAA to teach group exercise classes! I have taught cardio kickboxing in the past and am on a new journey to teach dance fitness in the near future!
I have struggled with maintaining a healthy weight since having my two daughters. I have spent the majority of my life being active and playing sports, but childbirth change my body in ways I didn’t know how to adjust to! Thanks to clean eating and a steady workout regimen, I have found my happy place! Both within myself and in the fitness community!
I look forward to continuing to teach indoor cycling at East Coast Fitness along with new class formats as well!
Stay active my friends!

I teach a variety of group exercise classes, including strength training, yoga and circuit training. As a personal trainer I specialize in small group training. I believe that when you change your thinking and attitude toward fitness, your bodies inevitably change as well. It never gets old watching my class participants/clients get stronger, fitter and healthier.
Through fitness I have had the wonderful of opportunity of witnessing positive changes in clients. Quiet people finding confidence, lasting friendships being formed, family members coming together, clients over 50 being the strongest and fittest they have ever been.
No more worrying about making decisions on what to do and how to do it. I’ll put your workout together for you. All you have to do is walk in the door. See you in class!

Having just read Arnold Schwarzenegger’s book "The Education of a Bodybuilder", my story began in 1978 in the garage of my parents home. I was hooked immediately and the road it has taken me down has been a lifelong journey.
Over the years my interests have been diverse – from motocross racing to powerlifting and lots in between.
Fast forward a few decades and I find myself as a fitness instructor doing my best to motivate others to reach their fitness goals.
I am dedicated to being to best that I can be and hope to instill this belief in others!
I am currently employed as an IT Data Security Administrator with over 17 years of experience in project management and systems administration.
From 2001 through 2018, I also worked as an MSF Rider Coach whose focus was to guide inexperienced and experienced students how to operate motorcycles safely.
I am a nationally certified Spin Instructor and an MSF Rider Coach.
